Home / BPU100 BLE sensor
BPU100 BLE tyre-pressure sensor Bluetooth 4.1 sensor that reads tyre pressure and temperature and sends it to a phone app — no in-cab display, no wiring to the vehicle.

One sensor family, four wheel counts
The sensor body is the same; the housing and valve interface change with the wheel. The images on this page show the same product built for each configuration — two-wheel, three-wheel, and four-wheel with a wide-temperature option.
These are our own product photographs, not stock renders. Ask us for the marking and packaging drawing if you need to see how your artwork would land on the sensor.
What it does
The BPU100 screws onto the valve stem and measures tyre pressure and temperature, then transmits the readings over Bluetooth Low Energy. The rider or driver sees pressure and alarms in the phone app; there is nothing to mount on the dashboard and nothing to wire into the vehicle harness.
Because the radio is BLE rather than a dedicated 433 MHz display link, the same sensor can feed your own app, and the pairing and alarm logic are ours to change for an OEM programme.

Specifications as stated in our product approval sheet (document GZBLE_C100_C, revision V1.2). Confirm the variant and any OEM changes with us before design freeze.
The sensor itself
Two views from our product approval sheet — the sensor face and the threaded valve interface that screws onto the stem.
Sensor face
Front view of the sensor housing.
Valve interface
The threaded interface that mounts on the valve stem.
Two, three and four wheel
The same sensor, built and marked for each configuration.
Configuration
Two-wheel
Motorcycles, scooters and mopeds — two sensors per vehicle, one per wheel.
Configuration
Three-wheel
Tricycles and three-wheel commercial vehicles.
Configuration
Four-wheel
Quads, ATVs and light four-wheel vehicles. A wide-temperature variant is available for hotter or colder markets.
Which configuration do you need? Tell us the wheel count, the valve type on the rim, and the temperature range of your market. We will confirm the variant and flag anything that needs a custom housing.
Marked per wheel position
Laser marking is part of the build
Each sensor can be laser marked by wheel position — L.F, R.F, L.R, R.R — so a fitter does not have to guess which sensor goes where. The same marking step carries your own part numbers or logo.
What we can change for your programme
- Laser marking and retail packaging built to your artwork
- BLE service and data format adapted to your app
- PCBA or housing changes where a programme justifies it
Quality and compliance
Every sensor is pressure-calibrated on our own test software before it ships, and we run water-immersion, RF-range and protocol verification in-house.
Regulatory documentation is handled per market and per project: tell us the destination country and we will set out exactly which approvals are needed and their current status. We answer that in writing rather than by assumption.
