Home / About
A sensor factory, not a trading office We are the manufacturer. Firmware, PCBA, calibration and packing all happen in our own facility in Nanshan, Shenzhen.
What we actually do here
Sensor design and firmware
The sensing element is Infineon; the measurement, alarm logic, BLE service and data format are ours. That is what lets us adapt a sensor to an OEM programme rather than only sell a catalogue part.
PCBA and assembly
Board assembly and sensor build are done in-house, so a change to the housing or the valve interface is a production decision, not a sourcing project.
Test and calibration
100% pressure calibration on our own software, plus water-immersion testing, RF-range checks, CAN and serial protocol verification, burn-in, battery-current measurement and dimensional inspection.
Volume
More than 10,000 sets a month ship to the Chinese two-wheeler aftermarket. Sensor capacity is 30,000 units a month.
What we test — and what we do not
Being precise about this matters more than a long list.
In our own process
- Pressure calibration — 100% of units, on our own software
- Water immersion (IP68 build)
- Radio range verification
- CAN and serial protocol verification
- Powered burn-in
- Battery current consumption
- Appearance and dimensional check
- Full wheel-position system commissioning
Not part of our current process
We do not claim temperature-cycling, vibration, EMC or drop testing on these sensors. If your programme requires any of them, say so early and we will scope it — including which laboratory and which market requirement it comes from.
Product certification is handled per market and per project. Ask us for the current status for your destination and we will answer in writing.
